Q: Do my photos meet the requirements?

A: We will check your photo after receiving the order. If the photo does not meet the requirements, we will contact you immediately by email to get more photos of the pet.

Q: Can I view pet portraits before printing?

A: After receiving a qualified pet photo, you will usually receive a sample of the artwork at your email address within 1-2 days. You can request editing or approval for printing and shipping.

Q: What should I do if I don’t like my pet portrait during the artwork design phase?

A: If you are not satisfied with the revised artwork draft, you can take the following options. We can offer a free major modification, such as recreating your work with another product template or pet photo; Alternatively, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Q: Can I customize my pet portrait in addition to replacing the pet’s face?

A: Yes! We will do our best to create the perfect portrait for you according to your requirements. But in some cases, we can’t make major changes – for example, we can’t change the expression of the original pet photo, such as the mouth open to the mouth closed.

Q: Can only portraits of dogs or cats be customized? Can portraits of people be customized?

A: Yes, we can produce any pet portrait, including rabbits, horses, and so on, as long as the photo of pet meets our requirements. We are sorry that we can’t offer the services of human portraits.

Q: How is a pet portrait made?

A: We don’t draw the portrait from scratch. We just extract the outline of your pet’s face from your photo, process it with a computer to make it look like a painting, and place it in the template you choose. The final result looks like it was carefully drawn for you, but we don’t change the angle of your pet’s face or its facial expressions.

Q: What is a digital product?

A: Digital products are electronic versions of pet portraits, and we will email them to you after you purchase them. If customers want to print elsewhere or on other products, we offer digital portrait products. Please note that if you order a digital product, we will not send you a physical portrait.
