How to Order Your Custom Pet Portraits

1. Upload a Photo

Please upload a clear photo of your pet. If your photo does not meet our requirements, we will email you within 24 hours after your order to request a new photo.

2. Approve Artwork

We will send your custom artwork draft for your review. Printing and shipping will start only after you confirm the final artwork via email.

3. Print

Once the final artwork is approved, we will print your product within 48 hours.

4. Shipping

After shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to follow your delivery.

Choose Your Pet Portrait Plan (Zero Revisions or Unlimited Minor Revisions)

We offer two service plans for you to choose from: Zero Revisions and Unlimited Minor Revisions.
Both plans provide a pre‑print digital preview, and printing starts only after your email approval of the final artwork.

Zero Revisions | Fast & Affordable

This option includes no revisions.
Final artwork will be delivered to your email within 1–3 business days. Once you approve the final artwork via email, we will start printing. No refunds will be accepted after your approval, as physical production may have begun. Custom items are non‑refundable except for quality‑related issues.
Refund requests will only be approved if the final digital artwork is very different from our official sample portraits, or fails to match your pet’s appearance. Refunds based on personal taste will not be approved.

Unlimited Minor Revisions | 100% Satisfaction

Initial artwork proof will be delivered to your email within 1–3 business days. All revisions will be sent within 24 hours after receiving your feedback. Total turnaround time depends on revision rounds.
Revision Details: After artwork creation begins, we provide one significant change and unlimited minor revisions per order. All revisions end once the final artwork is approved.
- One Significant Change – You may choose either a one-time pet photo swap or template replacement for your order. Only one option is permitted. Once you use this change, unlimited minor revisions will still be available, but no additional significant changes can be made.
- Unlimited Minor Revisions – We can adjust your pet’s facial features (e.g., eye color) to ensure the artwork closely matches your pet and blends naturally with the template. We cannot change your pet’s original facial expression from your uploaded photo (e.g., closing an open mouth). Backgrounds, clothing and other template design elements cannot be adjusted, added or removed.

Best Photos for Custom Pet Portraits

Take photos with a phone or high-quality camera. Select pictures taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
Ensure that your pet looks directly at the camera and faces forward.
Ensure that the entire face and neck are visible and not in the shadow.
Avoid using filtered photos to ensure that we correctly capture the color of your pet.
Collars, leashes, bows, hats, accessories, and clothing will not appear in your final photos.
