1. Upload a Photo of Your Pet

Please provide a clear photo of your pe. If your photo does not meet our requirements, we will notify you to submit a new one within 24 hours.

2. Complete the design draft

One-pass Design Final (straight to print) or Unlimited Revisions (until satisfied)

3. Print

Once the design draft is confirmed, we will print the product within 48 hours.

4. Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery to you.

• Take photos with a phone or high-quality camera. Select pictures taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
• Ensure that your pet looks directly at the camera and faces forward.
• Ensure that the entire face and neck are visible and not in the shadow.
• Avoid using filtered photos to ensure that we correctly capture the color of your pet.
• Collars, leashes, bows, hats, accessories, and clothing will not appear in your final photos.

Don’t worry! If your photos don’t meet our requirements, we’ll email you within 24 hours to ask for a new one. Please check your inbox or spam folder for our message.

We offer unlimited minor edits to your original photo and template.

• ✅ You can adjust: Pet’s facial features (e.g., eye color) to make the artwork match your pet perfectly
• ❌ We cannot adjust:
  • Pet’s expression (e.g., opening/closing the mouth)
  • Template details (e.g., background color, clothing, other design elements)

Need a major change? We offer one free photo swap OR one free template replacement for your order.

If you’re not happy with your artwork after revisions (before printing), we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
